Astrid & Gaston Peruvian food ($200)
Lafinur 3222 at Cerviño – Palermo Botanico – Tel: +5411 4802 2991
This is the most expensive of the list. The place is a beautiful old French style house. The fish is great and fresh, and the service very attempt. My favourite ceviche!

El Cuartito Pizza ($50)
Talcahuano 937 @ Paraguay – Downtown – Tel: +5411 4816 1758
Once with my friends we decided to find the best Fugazzeta pizza in town so we went to 7 different pizza houses just trying fugazzeta...no doubt is this one the best! This is a very popular porteño pizza in town.

El puestito del Tio Street beef ($25)
Av Dorrego at Av Lugones (close to the high way)
This is a place in the middle of Palermo green area, very clean and small where every kind of people get together for having one of the best “choripan” and the best “bondiola” in town! Is nice to go on a sunny day since they have some tables around there.

Florencio ($60 lunch/afternoon tea)
Francisco de Vittoria 2363 – Recoleta – +5411 4807 6477
This is a little hide place in “La Isla”. Everything is great but there are two things that are the best! The cheesecake and the pate!
Green Bamboo Vietnams food ($150)
Costa Rica 5802 @ Carranza – Palermo Soho – Tel +5411 4775-7050
Great inside atmosphere, very good cocktails, and great duck!

La Brigada Steak house ($150)
Estados Unidos 465 @ Defensa – San Telmo – Tel: +5411 4361 5557
The best parrilla in Buenos Aires. The service is very good, they have some “secret cuts” out of the menu “Redondo” is one of that ones! Try it and then you tell me! If not the classic ones are great: Lomo (tenderloin) or Bife de chorizo.

La Querencia Empanadas and regional food ($40)
Junín at Juncal (corner) – Recoleta
I think this ones are the best empanadas in town although I have one complain: there are small and expensive! Anyway, they are still really good!
Olsen Scandinavian food ($150)
Gorriti 5870 – Palermo Hollywood – Tel 4776 7677
I love this place for the place, and because you never live the restaurant disappointed. Great cocktails.

Spiagge Di Napoli Italian food ($50)
Av Independencia 3527 @ Av Boedo – Boedo – Tel: +5411 4931 4420
A family place out of all touristic circuit. The pasta is great! I recommend the “sorrentinos verdes” you will be surprised by the price, totally inexpensive.

Tancat Spanish food ($80)
Paraguay 645 @ Florida – Retiro – Tel: +5411 4312 5442
The best “tortilla de papa babe” and great “gambas al ajillo”!
